Speedometer error calculator

A speedometer calibrated for the original tire diameter under-reads with taller tires (you're going faster than indicated) and over-reads with shorter ones. The error scales exactly with the diameter ratio — a 3% taller tire means 3% faster than the needle says, at every speed.
