Child Safety Standards
Draft — pending review
Draft of September 29, 2026 — under legal review
1. Our Standard
TougeX has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It is prohibited everywhere on TougeX — in posts, comments, messages, photos, profiles, clubs, meets and listings, on the website and in the app. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes, the sexualisation of minors, sextortion, and any trafficking or solicitation involving a minor.
TougeX is for adults: you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use it, and it is not directed to children.
2. How to Report
- In TougeX: use Report on the content or profile and choose Child safety. That reason is available on every kind of content that can be reported.
- By email: write to the point of contact in Section 4, or to cs@drivernation.us.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first.
3. What Happens to a Report
- A child-safety report is urgent. It sends an immediate alert to our moderation team — it never waits for a daily summary — and it is marked in our moderation queue so it cannot be worked in the ordinary order.
- If that alert cannot be delivered, the report stays visible on every page of our moderation console until it is handled; the report itself is kept either way.
- We act on what we find: we remove or hide the content, and we suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Where the law requires us to report such content or conduct to the authorities — for example, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the United States — we do so, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
