By accessing tougex.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by TougeX, a product of DriverNation.
2. What the Site is today
TougeX is pre-launch. The Site currently provides information about upcoming tools and lets you join a waitlist by submitting your email address. No tools, accounts, subscriptions, or paid services are available yet, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell them today.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, submit false or automated waitlist entries, scrape content at scale, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The TougeX and DriverNation names, logos, designs, and Site content are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Forward-looking descriptions
Descriptions of upcoming tools, tiers, and prices describe our current plans for launch and may change before release. They are provided for information and are not a promise of specific features, dates, or pricing.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.
